Warm smoked North Tyne salmon tart served with crème fraiche pastry and a lemon & dill mayonnaise.

Smoked beetroot tarte Tatin Topped with goat's cheese and a crunchy green apple salad (V)

Cream of celeriac soup with rosemary and garlic croutons and drizzled truffle oil with rustic rolls(V)

Hand-carved turkey breast Served with a clementine, tarragon & fig stuffing, a Cumberland & red onion pig in blanket, roast & mashed potatoes, honey & rosemary roasted root vegetables and steamed vegetable selection with pan juice gravy.

28-day aged 10oz sirloin steak on a bed of steamed asparagus served with a shallot, Merlot & beef dripping sauce, roasted vine tomatoes, red onion petals and dauphinoise potatoes

Luxury nut loaf with walnuts, almonds, brazil nuts with sundried tomatoes tasty herbs and Gruyere cheese served with new potatoes and traditional Christmas roast vegetables and vegetarian gravy.

Salmon En Croute, fillet of salmon topped with Dijon mustard and wrapped in filo pastry, served with crushed roasted new potatoes, steamed vegetables and a wasabi and lime butter sauce.
